Senior’s Outreach Worker

Our CMHA South Cariboo Seniors Outreach Worker offers compassionate, confidential support for older adults in our community who may be navigating life’s challenges. The Outreach Worker can assist with:

• Care planning and connecting with vital services

• Advocacy and support with housing, finances, and community resources

• Coordinating and attending important appointments

• Monitoring well-being and offering short-term strategies in times of need

• Maintaining detailed records to ensure consistent and compassionate support
