PIECES OF ME: Healing Through Artistic Expression

We’re excited to announce, “PIECES OF ME: Healing Through Artistic Expression “, a fundraising art exhibition with the Canadian Mental Health Association – South Cariboo Branch (CMHA – South Cariboo). This special exhibit runs from April 18 to May 17, 2025, at the beautiful Parkside Gallery in 100 Mile House!

Art is a powerful tool for mental health, fostering self-expression, reducing stress, and building resilience. By attending or purchasing artwork, you’ll be helping to raise awareness of the connection between creativity and wellness, while directly supporting vital community programs and services provided by CMHA South Cariboo.
