About CMHA South Cariboo
Our Vision: Mentally Healthy People in a Healthy Society
At the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) South Cariboo Branch, we believe that CMHA exists to ensure that all people in the South Cariboo experience good mental health and well-being. Based in 100 Mile House, we’re a non-profit charitable organization committed to promoting mental wellness and supporting individuals across the South Cariboo.
We provide a range of free, inclusive programs and services that meet people where they’re at including Homeless Outreach, Stopping the Violence Counselling, Safe House support, Community Navigator, Acquired Brain Injury Services, Supported Independent Living, Clubhouse programming, and a subsidized housing complex. Our team works with compassion, integrity, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges our rural communities face.
We are here to reduce stigma, break down barriers, and build a community where no one has to struggle alone. Whether it’s navigating a crisis, finding safe shelter, or simply needing someone to talk to we’re here to help.
Together, let’s create a South Cariboo where mental health is valued, supported, and celebrated.
