Donate
Your gift supports the Canadian Mental Health Association South Cariboo Branch in its mission to promote mental health and help those with mental illnesses in the South Cariboo, while keeping our costs low.
Host a Fundraiser
Every year, one in five Canadians experience mental health issues or addictions. When you organize and host a fundraising event, you’re helping raise awareness of mental health in your community and helping CMHA South Cariboo support more people to find the help they need.
