We’re proud to launch our Senior’s Outreach Program — a new initiative from CMHA South Cariboo, made possible through generous funding from West Fraser – 100 Mile House. This program is designed to support and empower older adults in our community by helping them stay connected, informed, and well-supported.

Our Senior’s Outreach Worker can help:

Assist with care planning

Provide advocacy and support with housing and finances

Coordinate and attend important appointments

Monitor well-being and offer short-term strategies in times of need

Keep detailed records to ensure consistent support Connects with community supports and services

If you are feeling overwhelmed, facing a transition, or just need a helping hand, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
